So I took my car to a shop to get the transmission redone and I got it back to see THIS (photos below)... is this normal?
I'm turning my car on and I hear the startup sound now coming from this space and there's a slight whirring noise when accelerating also coming from the same place... for the life of my I don't remember seeing this much of the car behind the pedals.... did they miss putting a part back or was it just carpeted and I didn't notice?
