Default Leather Seat Replacement

My 2007 ES350 has finally started to have "tearing" on the front driver and passenger seat. It cannot be repaired and needs to be replaced. I got a quote from a local guy here in Phoenix, which feels low, maybe too low, but curious how much I should be spending on this.

What should i be looking out for regarding materials/quality, or any red herrings to be aware of?

Thanks for advice/help in advance.

You would be surprised at what can be repaired if you find the right people. I would refer you to this thread: https://www.clublexus.com/forums/ls-...-seat-dye.html and this thread: https://www.clublexus.com/forums/aut...l#post10491954

check ou tthese this is just the leather covering for the Seat i don't think its oem i think its just a aftermarket leather to fit our cars perfectly but its not just a replacment cover to go over the orignal leather these are acutal replacments for the leather on our seats so they need to be taken off the old one and put these new ones on but these ar ejust bottoms but im sure if you look you can find the top backs also but id say from the looks of it to replace both frotn seat bottom and top leather backs and seat your looking probably just a little less than what the shop wanted to charge you to do jsut one new seat

I've used Bell Road Upholstery on a couple Corvette seat repairs and they did a good job - - -it's a haul from where I live, but they do good work.
