The fuse cover should have a diagram. But note, it's too much of a coincidence that both lights go bad at the same time. I would test each bulb to make sure they are bad. If both are good, consider checking the brake light switch, aka brake pedal switch, aka stoplight switch.

 

I think in the fuse is bad. The pedal switch would trigger the VSC light.
