There have been a few times where my radio, Bluetooth, and CD did not work and when I select any on those listed it doesn't work. However, once I turn off the car and start up the engine again, everything is back to normal. Can someone explain the reason for this?

 

By turning off and restarting it is like rebooting a computer. Sometime during the boot up process an information bit is missing and causes the system to hang. If it starts to happen a lot then you have a problem that is corrupting one of the modules in the system.
