Why can't I keep the key fob in a ES 350 2009 lexus?
Accidently left the fob in the cat about 2 hours and then couldn't get it to start. Somerimes the lights would be on, sometimes not. After an hour it started

I've left my fob in the car over night and never had any issues. I think it's just a coincidence and something else is wrong. Check the car battery and make sure all the cables are snug and secure.
