Then the dealer wants $90 to change your cabin air filter and they always say you need one. They must make millions from them.

I took my mother's 2010 ES350 in this week for the Takata airbag recall and as a test changed the cabin air filter the day before. They called to advise I should think about replacing my cabin air filter because they checked and it was dirty! I busted on them about this fraud and got a lot of backtracking about how they would reprimand the tech for being sloppy etc etc. I did get a full tank of gas, but suspect that was related to the recall.
