I have had the Raybestos Element 3 on my RX350 for a couple of years and they have been excellent brake pads. I installed them all around and new Raybestos Professional Grade front rotors. Did the work myself as I have always done my own brakes. They have been quiet, low dust, stop well, maybe better than OEM and seem to wear well, but I only have about 11,000 miles on them. I highly recommend them, especially for the price. I think Raybestos really did their homework on this one as they have advertised. It does combine features of both ceramic and semi-metallic pads in one pad. I would get them again, especially considering their price at Rock Auto.

I had Wagners and they were good. Now have Oreilly's Premium Select because the parts guys claimed they are lifetime as long as I remain the owner. They ride smoothly and have been vibration free. Came with a rubber backing; so, didn't need to apply any brake quiet goo. I know they will not last forever but part's dude said keep the receipt and they will be replaced if/when they wear down to 2-3 mm. We'll see about that ...
