Patches in trunk

Hey guys new here and just picked up used 2008 lexus es350 50,000 KM on it,Looks new. I have these patches in a few places in my trunk, are they fr the manufacturer? Car shows no accidents.

Mine has those, too. I think they are stick-on sound absorption pads and they get painted with the body and frame.

i have those in the spare wheel well area of the trunk also don't remember how many but they are there
