Default es350 2007 80K miles

Recently I notice on the 2 to 3 gear, the transmission slips, just like I was on neutral. It usually happens that moment and never after that. I released the pedal and stepped on it again and it was back to normal. I just changed the transmission oil, but the problem remains. Should I be concerned?

That's most likely so-called shift flare.
Nothing wrong with the tranny, it's a software glitch.

. my 2007 did same thing but had aprox. 120 thousand miles I was certain tranny was going out because my son had been borrowing the car (17yrs old)). but iplugged into diagnostic at advance Auto. Ignition coils. replace all at same time because labor is main expense for this repair. The car also had sluggish power but it runs like brand new afterwatds
