Default High Mount Brake light bulb/Led replacement

I have ES 350 2010. In the high mount brake light some of the LEDs have gone out. I pulled the assembly out and it is a bar of LEDs about 12 inches long. I cannot find replacement for just the LED bar anywhere. I found the whole assembly replacement for almost $500 but only need the LED bar.

suggestions?

Did anyone ever find a good solution to this problem? My 2008 has three individual LEDs on right next to each other that flash when the brakes are applied like they are about to go out. The rest of the LEDs work fine when the brakes are applied. No warning lights or anything just noticed it when driving behind my mom today.
