2010 ES350 not starting with new battery
Just replaced the battery, and after instaliing it car is not starting. Lights, radio, door locks, and remote are working. I even get a green light on the ignition switch to start the car, still no go. Also replaced the battery on the remote still same issue. Sometime I am getting put the gear in park. Well its already in park. Any help will be appriciated.

Have to ask the obvious - are you stepping on the brake pedal when attempting to start the engine?
Did you do a load test on the battery to make sure it is not dead or faulty - just cause the lights turn on does not mean the battery has enough power to turn the engine. If you have a 2nd car, swap batteries if you can - pay attention to the polarity so you don't cross the wires.
Are you sure the previous battery was dead?
Have you followed the battery cable wiring to the starter and the ground connections to make sure there is good contact?
Check the alternator fuse in the fuse block. I think there is a starter relay fuse or circuit breaker. The starter itself is hardwired to the battery but you can still check it by shorting it with at least 4AWG gauge wire - put trany in neutral and lift the front end off the ground for safety purposes. Maybe leave this test to a shop if you don't know what you're doing.

Battery is fine and wires are connected in right order. I am having trouble pulling the starter and alternator fuse.

The shift to P message is more of a warning. It usually comes on if you open the door with the engine running. It's telling you to put tranny in park. Maybe it came on when you attempted to start the car with the door open? I don't think it's associated with engine controls but I could be wrong.
Dont know where the starter fuse is located, but the alternator fuse is buried in the fuse box. It's difficult separating it to view and replace the alt fuse. It should be OK unless you accidentally touched the wrong terminals on the battery. I saw a how-to in the Camry section of ToyotaNation.

Have you tried starting the car as if your remote is out of battery (it's in the manual - emergency starting). I think you tap the back of your fob to the ignition button, then press the button? That will eliminate the battery in the remote being installed improperly.
Then, I also think that there is an emergency "Parking solenoid" bypass procedure. There is a slot beside the shifter that you pop out and then you do something? (check the manual)

Droped it off at LEXUS, they are still trying to figure it out. They will be takeing out the ECU to do inspection. Got a loner, will be leaving for a 1300 miles road trip, told the guy if the car is not fixed by tonight, I will be driving the loaner.
