Election/Fall Slow-Down
Things have been slow with my personal business and at my day job too.
I've been a little timid with my own consumer activity.
As a general survey, has the election, or other social/political circumstances, impacted your consumption behavior? Are you holding off on making purchases because of future uncertainty?

Haha okay...so you're just going about your business as if nothing is happening?
I heard a report indicating that consumer spending was way down for October and they linked it to election anxiety.

I can see how that might be. But in our household (my wife and me) it's business as usual, which is nice IMO.

Being retired with a good income plan I had to adjust my lifestyle up a bit since I have to take my RMD funds. In fact just spent a week at the Biltmore Mansion In NC and that was our third vacation this year. The results of the circus won't affect my way of life unless they close all of the golf courses in the US. Life is to short to worry about these 4 yr. side shows.
