I can't use my aux port... Nothing happens when I push button. Nothing when I plug aux cord in, either end... Nothing seems stuck in there and its a brand new cord. I need to access my music I can't deal with the radio.

 

I have a 2009 ES 350 and it is fully loaded with the nav, dvd, aux, cd, fm/am sat radio system. I've plugged in a cable into the aux port in the center console and never am able to get any music to play through that port. I've tried a few different aux cords, but same result. Called the dealer and of course they wanna look at it. When I select the "Mode" on the steering wheel, when I have music playing from my iphone 6s while connected to the aux port, still don't hear anything. Odd.
