Default Self install steering wheel control?

Warranty on my 2007 ES 350 got expired. The paint on the steering when control has been peeled off, and it is white all over now. I am planning to order a replacement part from sewellparts. Is it easy to install? Anybody has instructions on how to do it?

Usually if you take a look around you can find what your looking for without starting a new thread, the search engine and google work pretty well. I did the work for you! Enjoy.
