Default door panel lights

i have a 2008 es 350 i just replaced my door lights with led lights hey all worked fine for a while then they all stop working anyone knows what i should do.i would appreciate any feedback.

Sounds like an electrical problem, I would check your fuses and if that's not the case get it looked at by a mechanic. I have LEDs in my door lights and I've had just one burn out but never all 4, also it shouldn't affect your keyless entry which makes me think it could be a more serious problem.

Could be a fuse, but it could also be the switch or relay that controls the door lighting. It could be that your keyless entry has its power piggybacked on the same circuit, but that's just a crapshoot. If your positive and negatives touched, it could have taken out the door light switch/relay. I had this happen on a previous car, neglecting to disconnect the battery before messing with the door light wiring while installing LED lighting.
