how do i transfer contacts from phone to car bluetooth? es350 2007

As far as I know, the 07 is not capable of this. Do you have nav or not? My 07 does not have nav, and as far as I'm aware you cannot transfer contacts nor can you stream music over it. This functionality was added in later model years.
