A couple of days ago, I was on the phone in my car (08 ES w/nav) and all of a sudden I could not hear my conversation. I have tried everything from trying to shift the sound from the front passenger speaker to any other speaker in the car, I've tried to increase the volume, reset the the phone settings, unpaired and repaired my phone and still nothing. I know the bluetooth functioning properply because I can still make and receive phone calls, I just cannot hear them. I need help with this.

 

Is it possible that the setting has been changed on the phone side? Obviously I don't know what type of phone you have or if you already checked this but I know on the iPhone for instance the source can be the iPhone even while it is connected to Bluetooth or aux. Do other bluetooths have this problem with this phone, and do all phones have this problem with the car? Good luck!

Again I am just shooting in the dark, is there an in call option of "speaker on / off"? Have you tried another phone or device to pinpoint the problem
