Looking to finally get an iphone. Can anyone give me the rundown on whether this phone will pair with my 07' w/nav system? Will it transfer contacts? Will I be able to play songs either by bluetooth and/or by jack in the center console? Will I be able to see any info about songs if played by either of these methods? Will I be able to control the iphone music through the radio controls by either of these methods?

Searched a little bit on the forums but did not find answers for the 07 ES 350 and the iphone 5, but read enough to have questions to ask. Thanks for any info any of you can provide.

 

As far as using the aux jack to play songs it should not be a problem. Playing thru Bluetooth will not work. Neither of these methods would allow you to control songs thru the radio controls.
As far as connecting with Bluetooth I can only tell you the 4S does connect although to transfer contacts I would've had to do it one by one and instead just transferred them with an older phone. Hope this helps.
