Default 2007 Lexus ES350 Sensor Bank 1 Sensor 1

Hello Everyone,

I am new to this forum.

I own a 2007 Lexus ES350 and got a P0031 engine code and wanted to know where the Bank 1 Sensor 1 was located on this model?

Also, what is the correct part number for this so I can purchase this sensor online?

Thanks!

I don't know but Autozone was able to read a code for me and show me where the defective part (a coil pack) was located. Perhaps they could locate your sensor.

A search would have brought up this thread:

It's bank 2, but I'm sure it can help you.

Bank 1 Sensor 1 is in the manifold by the firewall. It's the hardest sensor to get to IMO. Part number I'm not sure of.

One piece of info I forgot to mention that when this light first came on I tightened the gas cap and the light went away by itself the next day. However, a few days later it came back on and has been on ever since. Could this problem be due to the gas cap or was the sensor just on its last days?

The P0031 code is referring to the air/fuel sensor.

Info on all ES350 air/fuel and oxygen sensors: https://www.clublexus.com/forums/es-...nsor-info.html

Only use a Denso sensor (or OEM, but they are usually much more expensive). It appears the bank 1 sensor1 is now part 234-9022 and B2S1 is 234-9008.
