My wife and I purchased our ES350 one year ago - not sure which package but it basically had everything except the Panaramic roof. The only problem we have faced was with the Bluetooth connection to our phone. Our service provider is Sprint and the phone is Samsung M-500. I bought two of the phones specifically because they were recommended by Lexus.

The phones worked fine for the first couple of months but soon, we started losing calls on the speaker system. The service didn't drop because the call was still connected on the phone, simply had to hit the "transfer call" button on the phone. Additionally, the info wasn't reading properly - indicating no bars when there were four or the battery was showing empty when it was full and charging.

We went to Lexus and they tested another phone by Motorola. They said it worked fine. We went to Sprint and they agreed to replace our phones (with refurbished) - same problems. Back to Lexus. They kept the car for a few days and said there were no problems. After the third complaint, Lexus agreed to replace some computer part. And wouldn't you know, the connection has been working perfectly fine ever since.

Some dealers love to throw the keys back at you and tell you the car is fine. Glad to see you stayed on them and got it fixed!

my car runs great!.... just had some problems with the a/c compressor last year but besides that, basic maintenance. =] some things are annoying.. ticks and rattles, i'll deal with those myself... =P no point in bugging the dealer with these frugal matters.
