Bluetooth and DVD player

Bluetooth and DVD player
I have the following two problems with my brand new ES350:
1. The bluetooth connection to the phone rarely works properly. I'll get o rmake a call and I can see the screen saying 'Talking' and the call duration is getting timed but I can't hear anyone and no one can hear me. When the music is on, it stops only for a second when the phone rings and then comes back on while the call is connected but no one can hear anyone! Help!
2. I know the DVD player works only when the car is parked. But it hasn't been working at all. I get sound only and no picture. The button for 'Picture' is displayed but it can't be clicked/touched, its faded. Help!
I know I'll get a lot of "Contact your Dealer" replies but I'm pretty far away from my dealer so please Help.

For you to get an image onscreen while playing a DVD you have to do these two things.
1-Transmission in Park position
2-Parking Brake set
