Does anyone know the lease prices for the new ES with NAV and without NAV. Just trying to get an idea. I know the previous ES was leasing around 470 with 0 down and just the fees for 48 months. I would prefer 48 months for the lower monthly payment. thanks guys.

There are a lot of factors to come up with a payment. Use the Lexus website under the Financial section, select the car you want and plug in your specific data. While I did a purchase the data was very acurate when I went to the dealer for exact numbers.

When ever I use the calculators on the websites, I find that the lease calculators are much higher than when you actually get to the dealer. I guess because they run specials and programs.

I'm paying $665 on a 36/12,000 for an ultra luxury ES350.

No money down, just first month's payment and DMV fees.

My understanding is that this represented about $2200 off sticker which, for the UL package is still pretty hard to come by. I was just in a Lexus dealership today and they told me that the UL's are selling for sticker, no questions asked. They're virtually impossible for the dealers to get at this point.

I'm leasing an ES with the Premium Plus package and I'm paying $520.79 per month for 3 yr/12,000 mi.; however, I put $3,000 down.

Is the $3000 out of pocket or did you pay the 3 plus the DMV fees and first month payment. thanks guys. Just trying to figure out if i should wait to finance the car a year or 2 old to get a payment in the 400's or around 5 or maybe i can swing it new with a lease of around 480 to 500 with minimal money down.

You could be leasing a brand new E-class Mercedes w/ nav for that much including taxes and fees. 27 months, zero down.

I mean, if you prefer an ES350 over an E-class then I guess more power to you - I would prefer the ES if I had to own it - but for a lease, who cares about reliability short of it leaving you stranded...

That's what the UL leases are going for. Actually, most are considerably more. I got a bottom line quote at another dealership of $706 for 12,000/36. I think you're a little low on the E class M-B as I did price them too. Tinny, ponderous steering and not a car you really want, believe me. The car I came closest to buying other than the ES was the BMW 530xi. Nice car, but really spartan inside and about $150 more a month to lease.

For the money, I think the ES is the runaway winner here.

The $3,000 was my total down payment. All other fees were rolled into the price of the car. I didn't want to end up paying $600+ per month, but I'm very comfortable with $520/mo.

$520 is a pretty good payment for the ES.

that price for the benz is without tax, and only with 22,500 miles for the ENTIRE lease (i believe the lexus was 12k per year) AND 25cents per mile over vs lexus 15cents. i dont think you can get an e for less than 700/month once its all said and done, which is a pretty good deal if thats the case (its actually a lot worse!) germans just cant make the same lease deals as the japanese. congrats on the lexus, enjoy the options! oh yeah, theres also a 595 lease ending fee on top of the almos 800 aquisition fee....fee.....feee.....feeeeee.....

Thanks, that's pretty much what I recall. The list price on the M-B (~$59-61k) is about $16k more than the fully loaded ES350 (~$44k). Even though M-B heavily subsidizes the E350 leases to preserve their ever shrinking market share, there's only so much they can do. I seem to recall that comparing a similarly equipped E350 to a UL ES350 the numbers were about $725-30/$665 respectively.

FWIW, the BMW 530xi was even worse at about $815.

All numbers are for a 36/12,000 with no money down.

One way to go is if your dealer allows you is to make multiple security deposits at signing. What I'm doing is leasing mine at cost, laying out around $5K at signing. $1,500 is out of pocket that I wont be getting back. The remaining money makes up 8 or 9 security deposits. These will be refunded to me when the lease is up. So basically by investing this extra money I will be lowering my payments by almost $100 per month, resulting in about a 20% return on my deposit. It's a good deal if you can afford to lay out the cash for the term of the lease. My monthly payments will be just above $400/mo.

that sounds like a pretty good idea, so when you turn in the car at the end of the lease, you can add 1500 to the security deposit that you get back and lease another car and have a cheap monthly payment also. So you lease payment for the es350 will be in the low 400's.
