Good evening fellow 5th generation (2011 es350) owners
Is it possible to Bluetooth connect from my cell phone to my factory navigation and use the map on my phone for navigation on the factory screen ? thanks in advance for your time and appreciate any info on the topic.

Welcome to CL. This has been discussed often. Using the search box on the upper right part of the main page, type in Bluetooth and you will find older discussions.
However, I do not think what you want to do is possible on these old vehicles as that is basically Apple Car play or Android Auto..
Just get one of those dash phone holders so you can monitor the screen as you drive and turn on the voice instructions.

You will have to replace the entire head unit with one of these:
