Code P2716 2008 ES350
Hi everyone.
I bought a 2008 Lexus ES350 with 130k miles on it. After 3-4 months of driving with no issues, the engine light came on along with CHECK VSC and traction control off lights. I took it to Autozone to have the code scanned, and it returned P2716 SLT Solenoid. Initially I told my mechanic to only flush the tranny fluid, and that made the code go away for a week but then it came back. Now, I took it to another shop and they replaced the SLT Solenoid, but then the code came back on the test drive a couple minutes later. What's the issue here? Has anyone had this happen before? They're checking the wiring now but I honestly don't know what to do. For what it's worth, the shop said the pan looks clean and there's no debris or residue inside.
