Exclamation Lexus ES-350 engine + traction light

Hello everyone, I bought a Lexus ES-350 2010 model (Korean Specs) back in August and the car was nothing but amazing. A month later, I took it to someone to clean the car (exterior) and shortly after both the check engine light and traction light came on.
I've scanned the car and came out with the following codes
P1604 - Startability Malfunction
P0057 - Bank 2 Sensor 2

Traction is still on, it's just the light that shows.
I've drove the car about 15k kms since then and there was no difference. I've went to some mechanics and everyone keeps telling me something different, and some of them straight up do not know the solution. Your feedback is appreciated!

PS. The airbag light is on because the stock screen was changed by the previous owner, the airbags are very much intact.

First step is replace the air/fuel ratio sensor the heater element is likely burnt out. Or maybe the connector is damaged. You are driving around with a disabled airbag system FYI. P1604 can be complicated to troubleshoot first step I do is put a test light on the fuel pump itself and watch it if/when I get starting issues. Make sure the battery terminals and posts are CLEAN.

The P0057 code often indicates a problem with an oxygen sensor. Your mechanics should have tried replacing them and clearing the codes.

And as pointed out above, your airbags probably do not work.
