Amayama or Ebay. I don't know if that fits your car, some Toyota/Lexus models of that era show the part separately others do not says non serviceable part. Can buy the entire control arm 48740-33100 for about $100, or aftermarket on Rockauto. You sure that bushing is bad? Don't think I've seen the inward one go bad.

Toyota sells these bushings but they're are not a direct fit on our cars.

I don’t believe the dealer sells it. It is tricky because that rear knuckle has like three different bushings and it is not clear if the aftermarket will be a direct fit. I did buy one from Moog Part # K201973 to have a mechanic change it since I’ve got a clunk sound from that right area, but they wouldn’t do it and said to just live with it since it is not a safety issue. I will get the whole knuckle changed down the line most likely but it is labor intensive.

The bushing going to the adjustable control arm was damaged when the mechanic was trying to unbolt the nut
using heat. He mentioned there is a kit for the bushing.

It's LCA 48730F(RH) going into the long L-shaped side of the knuckle

Pretty sure this is it, I've replaced this bushing on a Camry. To be clear this bushing is in the knuckle itself.

Only way to install the bushing is bake it in an oven to 200 degrees F you'll never get it in otherwise. The knuckle also has to be warm via heat gun or at least a hot day otherwise heat will be very quickly wicked from the bushing to knuckle.

That goes into the knuckle? You've installed this bushing?
