Mirror help
Hopefully this is posted to the right forum section, if not, sorry,
Need both side view mirrors for Japan built ES300. Cannot find any new aftermarket, used are very costly. Same year Camry shows lots and lots available. I realize the elec controls, heat, etc. won’t work, but externally looks same I think, and trying to confirm if Camry mirror will attach to replace o/e mirrors.
Thanks!

Hello,
What year is your ES?
What happened to the original mirrors, is there is still something left to salvage?
ES300 is a hardtop, meaning it doesn't have bezels on the doors, so its mounting will be different as well. There should be plenty of those cars at the junkyards though, at least depending on the generation you have, you should be able to find those mirrors there pretty easily.
Hope this helps and best of luck!

Sorry, should of included that before, it’s a 2002. The housings are broken (the part that holds the glass and motors). There is other paint/body repairs that will be needed, and original thought was to get used and have painted. Used mirrors I’ve found seem to range in price from $100-$200. Brand new Dorman for the Camry are under $50, and come black but can be painted.
I don’t care about heat, remote control, memory, etc. If the mounting is the same, I would prefer to go this way.
