2009 ES350

One side of windshield washer failed one day and now both don't work. Fuse is good and I don't hear the pump when trying to operate. Exactly what part need to be replaced? Just the pump w/ grommet or is there an actual motor?

There is a pump and it’s not expensive, but you said that one nozzle failed first and the second also failed. I would rather say that the system is clogged.

 

You can try unclogging the jet with a straight pin or a similar small pointy pin.
