Default Power steering Pulley replacement?

I have narrowed down that my power steering pulley needs replacement.
I have changed the belt and I still get a squealing noise when I first start the car. It goes away after 15 mins of driving.
Has anyone replaced their pulley on the power steering?
Do you have to remove the entire power steering assembly?
I am assuming a special pulley tool is required?
Any advice please respond.
thanks

Not much can go wrong with the pulley try cleaning it with a brass bristle brush and brake cleaner. Is there oil on the belt/pulley?

Hello,

Do you have a video of the sound in question?

Coming to think of it, could it be something with the Harmonic Balancer instead..? There is really not a lot that can happen to the PS pump pulley, unless someone really tried to bend it, while the balancers are known to warp over time, causing squeak. Try starting the car and paying close attention to any wobble in the belt, if it is present, you should be able to see the source of it.

Hope this helps and best of luck!
