Does anyone know where the bluethooth module is located. My 2014 es350 say that the Bluetooth module is disconnected. And i have taken the dash apart a couple of time but can seem to find it.

 

Excerpt from the TIS page regarding Bluetooth. It seems that the circuitry is incorporated into the head unit. No mention of how to service it separately.

Bluetooth Hands-free System

(1) Bluetooth is a short-distance, high-speed wireless data communication system that uses the 2.4 GHz frequency band prescribed by the Bluetooth SIG (Special Interest Group).(2) This system enables drivers to place or receive phone calls without operating a cellular phone.

(3) The Bluetooth hands-free system is included in the audio head unit.

 

my Es had that message after hitting a hard bump. after turning the car off it was resolved.

 

hello ! I have a problem with my bluethooth module on my Lexus Lx 570 2017 , my bluethooth wont pop up on my phone or any phone , on my dash says “bluethooth discovery mode look on your phone Lexus LX , pin 0000.

It wont show up i already factory restarted the menu , disconnected the battery and everything and the same thing . What can i do ! Please help ‼️

 

Suggest you go on to the LX 570 forum as someone may have had this issue and found a fix. This is the ES forum for gen 6 vehicles...
