See this thread if you're looking for the best sound quality.

This is a nice single DIN unit with 24 bit DACs buy it while you can. Yes it is an old model without the latest tech but if you care about sound quality....

You've got room for a double-din head unit. Are you looking to add a little storage shelf above or below a single-din unit?

Anyway, @LeX2K has shared an excellent list of units containing 24-bit DACs (I also like that most have proper volume *****!). I've recently been tempted by this
single-din unit with wireless carplay support single-din unit with wireless carplay support
(I've had no problems after 2 years with an older unit from ATOTO).

Please note that aftermarket head units rarely play well with the factory amplifier in your car... I recommend this "lessons learned" thread for folks in your situation :-).
