Hello,

I am not exactly sure what the labeling on the sensor itself means, as I don't think anyone but the manufacturer knows what is it. The only thing you are really interested in to work out if the part is compatible or not is a Part Number, if parts look different from each other, then they won't have the same number. In your case, according to Parts Catalogue, the Part Number for the sensor you need is 89615-12090. eBay is really not a good source of parts, especially for knock sensors, there is a ton of counterfeit around, hence such a difference in prices. If you want a guaranteed OEM part that will be fully compatible with your vehicle, you need to go to the dealership. There is also an NTK alternative (P/N: ID0166), I am not exactly sure how good they are, but it is a reputable brand, and they give a 3 year/36,000-mile warranty.

Hope this helps and best of luck!
