Default Throttle body issues

I have codes for p0171 and p1128 on my 2002 es 300. System running too lean and throttle plate motor malfunction. If I press hard on the accelerator it will throw the codes and go into a sort of limp mode. I suspect a faulty tb but are there any other issues I might have missed? Tps is working and I cleaned the tb. Still doing the same ****. Car has 180000 miles

Assuming there is no wiring damage p1128 points directly at the throttle body motor. p0171 is generally from air leaks I would look into that first.
