I recently had some door lock work done on my 2011 ES350, there's an access hole cover on the door that fell inside the door, see pic. Im having the hardest time finding out the name/part number etc.
Can someone please identify this for me?

The online OEM Lexus parts dealers have what you should need to find the part if you look. Or go back and ask the body shop to look it up for you, or your local Lexus dealer.
