Default Passenger wiper

Good morning,

We had a lot of snow up here in Boston the past 2 days. I've cleaned the front windshield from snow and ice but now for some reason the passenger wiper stays up 4-5 inches from the bottom of the windshield but my drivers side is fine. Any suggestions please.

Thanks,
fdiphill

It sounds like the passenger side wiper is in the "winter" position, and the driver side wiper is in the "summer" position. If that is the case, moving the passenger side wiper back to the "summer" position should solve the problem. Alternatively, moving the driver side wiper to the "winter" position will put them both in the same "winter" position.

Yup, just grab the driver's side arm and give it a firm push up along the glass.

I didn't know that each wiper could be moved independently. On my 2013 I always moved both at once... Lexus did away with this feature starting in 2019...
