Default High mileage, Knock sensor replacement

I have a 2000 ES300, I'm getting a code for #2 knock sensor and I can tell right away how bad the performance is and driving with that high RPM is not fun. Car has almost 300KM, I sometimes put 1000+KM a week so lots of city driving. I did the timing belt at 250K, car runs smooth and decided I want to keep it and do the work, so what is a good idea or "might as well" change since I will be taking out those covers? like hoses, seals, sensors, etc?

This is my list so far: Knock Sensors, Wiring Harness, Plenum Gasket, Right+left intake gaskets, Bypass hose. I will also change spark plugs, pcv valve, air filter, fuel filter. All parts will be OEM.

Any tips or recommendation is much appreciated

Not that I'm aware of, the other day the power steering was leaking and mechanic said its only a rusted piece of pipe between 2 hoses but other than that I don't see any leaks.
