Default Overheating 2003 es 330,pleasehelp!

Hi! Over the past few months my power steering has been toght so I've been putting power steering fluid and sometimes transmission fluid in the power steering tube, cars ran great since the first day i got it,i got an oil change 3 days ago and the next day i took it back to the shop that did the oil change and they saw red oily fluid on the hoses and under the engine, a mechanic said to run water over everything under the hood because if some of the fluid got on the sensors it could cause it to malfuction and make the tempature gauge to show its overheating but actually its not. Does anyone have any advice? Thanks yall!

How dirty is the engine? Give it a good cleaning you should do that anyway transmission oil especially will attack rubber and plastic.
