Hello,
i was wondering if anyone could provide any information about my recent issues with my es300 2003.
Few days ago I stopped at a store for about 20 minutes and when got back into my car it would start but quickly shut down. I had to wait for about 15-20 minutes before it would start again to give me the chance to start driving. The next day same thing happened... So I realized, when I leave my car off for a long period of time (overnight) or while I'm at work (8hours) it stats and drives fine, but when I've driven it for some time and shut it off for short period of time it starts but shuts off immiditely.
And yesterday, I've noticed another issue.. while driving the arrow was pointing all the way at "H" as if the engine was overheating.
Any info would be greatly appreciated! Thank you!

 

If it's not already too late, stop driving the car to prevent engine failure. To start simple, have you checked the coolant level?
