My 95 ES300 stuttered and stopped. I was able to start it ,Drive half way around the block then it quit permanently.
Checked for codes; None present
Checked fuel pump; Working
Checked fuel filter, fuel line; Clear
Injector problem;?
Relay problem;?
The engine turns fine and will start with a spray of starting fluid, but that's it no run.
I don't have a book to refer to I don't drive it . My wife's car.
I picked it up cheap and I'm impressed with the reliability.
Odometer reads 160,000.Runs sweet until now!
Help! I own a multi meter but I'm not real proficiant (sp?) using it.
Got to be something simple ?

 

Check the basics. You said the fuel pump is working.

Measure the fuel flow and fuel pressure (two separate things!) in the engine bay.
Can the pump keep the pressure and is it delivering enough fuel? You could have a clogged filter.

If it can start, then you can rule out air, compression, timing, and spark.
