How to determine is Check BSM System is an error?

If you see that message, there is an error in the system.

I assume what you mean is that your check BSM light is on? I have seen this happen to quite a few people. In some cases, all they did was turn their car off and back on and it was gone. One of them said they had to reset it and it never came back on. But for the majority of them, they had to take it back to the dealer to have the issue resolved. If I remember correctly, the parking sensor or some other type of sensor was not aligned properly. The dealer realigned it and the issue was fixed. It was a pretty easy fix, so hopefully that's all you're needing.

I suggest to go to a dealer and ask them to do a quick complimentary diagnostic. Just show up, don't make an appointment. They should be able to tell you what it is and not charge you for it.
