2003 Lexus ES300. Slight jerking while idling?

2003 Lexus ES300. Slight jerking while idling?
For a few days now my lexus has been having issues. Saturday it wouldnt crank bc the battery was dead. We tightened the loose negative battery cable then had to jump it off but it was doing fine after that. Its strong when accelerating but yesterday and today I noticed while idling up at a red light or idling down it kind of jerks into place. Like it might lose power but it doesnt and by the time I take off and start driving theres no jerking and it feels strong again...then at the next red light while I'm on the brake it will slightly jerk while idling down again...I haven't had a tune up in a while and I dont think the spark plugs have been changed since ive had it. And ive had it almost three years. About 210,000 miles on it I get oil changes regularly.... Battery is only a few months old and alternator had gone out about two years ago but was replaced brand new...cause at first I though the alternator might be going out again but its holding the charge that we gave it Saturday so far...so I guess I'm just looking for opinions on things that might need to be checked up on?

If the problem started after the dead battery, it will likely go away after the ECU/Throttle body (drive by wire) re learning idle position is completed. Additionally, you may want to clean the throttle body.
