Default Question about CV boots

Hi,
my 2008 es350 have both inner cv boot tear or broken and start leaking out grease, the indie gives me 2 options;
1-replace both inner cv boots . Cost 70 part but labot is 4.5 hours about $450. Total about about $500
2- or replace both front axles with after market FEQ. Cost 200 parts and 2.5 hour labor for about $250. total for about $450
What is your opinion on this repair? My thought was to go with the whole axles since it already 100K and price is cheaper than just 2 rubber cv boots.
Also, he recommended to replace Power steering suction hose as the oem one is leaking tinny bit? anyone have a part number on this and know how hard to replace this one. I want to tackle this one myself if possible.
thanks

I can’t believe he’s charging you that much for the boots.

Then it is better to change them completely.

When one of mine leaked, I just bought a whole new CV shaft and replaced it. Shaft was about $100 and it is an 1~1.5 hours to get it done...

which brand of the shaft that you bought and how is it so far? FEQ brand is what about 100 a piece too and Chinese made i think, dont have lot of review for it. Cardone is offer on Rockauto for about $70 apiece. Moneywise they both come out the same, one hand i want to replace the whole axles but afraid aftermarket won't last. i just don't know which way to go.
thanks.

One was Cardone Select from RockAuto (new), and the other was bought locally at CarQuest (rebuilt). Both came with lifetime warranty...
