I have a 2009 ES 350 without Nav. I have dual climate control and the passenger side up/down arrow button isn’t working. The up part of the button works but the down part of the button doesn’t not.

I have seen replacement climate control console pieces online. It looks as simple as popping off the current faceplate and popping in the new one.

has anyone had any experience with this?

You need the remove the whole unit and take everything apart.
It’s not complicated.
