It could be a number of things... here is a start (NOTE: this is from a 1998 ES300 book)
I'm thinking it could be injectors or timing. You can search threads on here for the codes, hopefully you can find more information on CL.

Knowing mileage, condition, and service history really helps in questions like this. But, the first thing to do is to swap a coil, reset the codes and see if the error repeats or tracks with the swap. E.g.:
302 indicates front cylinder, front bank. Switch that coil with the middle one and see if you get a 302 code again, or a 304 (front bank, middle cylinder).
If it tracks with the coil, replace the coil. 303 indicates a rear bank, which is difficult to get to. if you need to swap one of them, it is worth considering replacing the plugs at the same time and possibly the valve cover gasket and plug grommets back there.
