But I'm still trying to figure why you have no CEL with the Cat taken off?

Where is the 02 Sensor that was screwed in the CAT? Still under the car? Or detached at a connector?

 

It sounds excellent! Doesnt NJ still roll a mirror under the car to check for a cat anymore? I have been out of there for 10 years, things might have changed. But if they do, be sure to put it back for inspection.
