when my car is moving, the tires doesn't move smoothly, i had to get another 4 new set of tires, i changed the rim and also the front complete shaft and yet the car still dangling while driving, most especially when i accelerate you feel the dangling tires much more during accelerating, what else could be the problem of the tires not moving smoothly pls help with an advice
