Someone backed into my parked car at the dr office today. Need to know if it's better to replace the quarter panel or repair it. If replacing will they replace the whole part? I heard they will cut and weld instead? Not sure if that makes sense but I want the best repair to bring my car back to like new. I do not want a patch work. It messed up my rear bumper as well.
