Default Traction Control and Check Engine light on

I own a 2001 Lexus ES300 and my traction control and check engine lights are on. I have also had problems with my transmission if I drive on the highway for a extended period of time. Once I slow down to under 30 mph, the transmission will occasionally not shift into 4 gear (or overdrive) unless I turn off and on my car. Also there
is a slight rattling noise (similar to rocks in a can sound) in the engine area when I'm accelerating around 1500-1900 RPMs. I have tried changing to a higher grade fuel but that didn't help. I also replaced the gas cap with one from Walmart and again no solution. This car has never left me on the side of the road I just don't know how to fix her and wanted to see if anyone else was having similar problems. These are the codes that showed up.

you'll just have to replace the knock sensors, and resolve the issue with e-vapouration system

Do not worry about the P0440 and P0442 error codes. I've been driving my little toyota with those codes for over 3 years now and still getting 45mpg in the winter (the car has over 222k miles) - the only nuisance is that the gas pump clicks every 2 seconds when filling the tank
If the charcoal canister is bad, instead of replacing it, spend the money on a ScanGage and erase the codes when they show up

Check the easy stuff first:
