Default Timing Chain

Did Lexus make a change from timing belts to timing chains in 2007 and if so is that across the board on all engines? I primarily looking at the ES series.

The 2GR-FE in 2006-2012 (V40) and 2012-present (V50) ESs is driven by timing chain.

Yes, the ES and RX switched to timing chain for 2007.
The IS and GS switched to timing chain for 2006.
