Hi All,

New to this forum, and I thought I'd say that I fixed a P1346 issue I had with my 1999 ES300 today, by replacing the bank 2 OCV (Oil Control Valve, sometimes called a VVT solenoid).

I followed the procedure I found over in the RX forum, in this thread:

Worked great for me. Check it out if you have any of the symptoms of an OCV problem (rough idling, lack of power, hard braking, and failure to shift into overdrive).

 

I had the same issue with error codes 1349 & 1130.
Changing both VVT Solenoids fixed my issue.
